Gift Card Policy:

To redeem a gift card, please schedule your appointment online and redeem the gift card in person at the office.

You will be asked for a credit card number to hold your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged when redeeming the gift card, unless your purchase exceeds the gift card value.

Please note that if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, your card will be charged a late cancellation fee.

Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, check or credit. If the Gift Card is lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Redeemable only for products and services not exceeding the remaining credit balance on Gift Card.

Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others. They are intended for use exclusively by the individual to whom the card is issued. Any remaining credit on the gift card can only be used by the original recipient.
